User Agreement
Effective Date: July 31, 2026
Introduction
This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of Vibera, a video player application developed and operated by Vibera Digital Limited. By downloading, installing, or using Vibera, you agree to be bound by this Agreement in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Account and Registration
Vibera does not require you to create an account to use the basic features of the application. However, if we introduce optional account features in the future:
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
- You may not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Acceptable Use
When using Vibera, you agree to:
- Comply with laws: Use the application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable local, national, and international laws
- Respect intellectual property: Only play media files for which you have the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions
- No interference: Not attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the integrity or performance of Vibera
- No reverse engineering: Not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of Vibera
- No unauthorized access: Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of Vibera, other users' accounts, or connected systems
- No harmful content: Not use Vibera to access, store, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
User Content
Vibera does not upload, host, or store your media files. All content playback occurs locally on your device or from sources you configure. However, if you connect Vibera to third-party services or network storage:
- You are solely responsible for the content you access through Vibera
- You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to access and play such content
- You agree to comply with the terms of service of any third-party services you connect to Vibera
- Vibera Digital Limited is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or legality of media accessed through third-party sources
Your Rights
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, you have the right to:
- Use Vibera for personal, non-commercial purposes
- Access and control your locally stored media library
- Configure Vibera to connect to your own media sources
- Request deletion of any data we may have collected about you
- Stop using Vibera at any time and uninstall the application
Modifications to This Agreement
We may update this User Agreement from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the application or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of Vibera after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
Termination
You may stop using Vibera at any time by uninstalling the application from your device. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Vibera if we believe you have violated this Agreement or engaged in conduct that is harmful to other users or to Vibera Digital Limited.
Upon termination:
- Your right to use Vibera will immediately cease
- Any data stored by Vibera on your device may be deleted
- Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply
Dispute Resolution
If you have any disputes or concerns regarding this Agreement or your use of Vibera, please contact us first at ska0731@outlook.com. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue amicably.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, as stated in our Terms of Service.
Entire Agreement
This User Agreement, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Vibera Digital Limited regarding your use of Vibera.
